Our experienced team brings a broad wealth of knowledge ranging from traditional finance, to healthcare operations, and of course blockchain. This range of experience positions us with a great opportunity to leverage our transferable skills and put them to use on this oracle project: being innovative and forging our own path to a successful project and continuing into the future.
Damon Zwarich
CMO
Damon has a diverse marketing and academic background. He channels his skills from these endeavors into blockchain advising, and now, Charli3. Interprofessional collaboration and research are the core of his current and future successes.
Robert Hever
COO
Robert is a co-creator of a $1M+ ARR consulting service and has worked with over 50 leadership teams at a16z, YC, to F500s to help grow their business. He sees Charli3, being Cardano native, in an ideal position to be the premier cross-chain Oracle.
Jonas Lindgren
CTO
Jonas's strong software engineering background has led to his success of multiple CTO positions in crypto and fintech. He aims to architect cross-project interoperability and a reliable tamper-proof consensus with Charli3's oracle solutions.

- To improve node trustworthiness, optionally allow nodes to stake C3 when providing data, as a proof of stake gesture for high-reliability data feeds. Allows for stake slashing in case of malicious data feed, but not all feeds will require staked C3 to operate.

As a chain-agnostic oracle, Charli3 allows you to integrate off-chain information within your data streams. Being built on the Cardano blockchain gives Charli3 a robust and scalable platform with minimal transaction fees.
Vetted node consensus
Charli3's decentralized node network employs strict consensus protocols that provide vetted data to users ensuring you receive the most reliable and accurate data available.
Aggressive node reputation
Charli3 node operators are required to stake $C3 while operating a node. Operators providing accurate data are rewarded, and those that don't will have stakes cut with future weight on data streams reduced.
Trustless data streams
Decentralization and consensus protocols allow for trustless data streams between parties ensuring reliable and accurate transactions (without even needing to know all parties involved!).
